Continuing its operations with the goal of offering uninterrupted and sustainable energy service, Toroslar EDAŞ sustained its maintenance, repair, and investment efforts in Gaziantep throughout the first quarter of 2025. The company rehabilitated and improved its energy infrastructure, while also prioritizing the digital transformation and customer-oriented projects.
Toroslar EDAŞ, one of the three distribution companies together with Ayedaş and Başkent EDAŞ operating under Enerjisa Distribution Companies which place sustainability to the core of its business strategy, develop people- and technology-oriented projects and lead the energy transformation in Türkiye by completing investments, carried out many more successful activities in the first quarter of 2025 to supply more reliable and uninterrupted energy to more than 942,000 customers in Gaziantep.
Providing services at 10,845 substations and on 26,381-kilometer-long energy line in Gaziantep, Toroslar EDAŞ continued its repair, and maintenance works, as well as its investments to supply sustainable and uninterrupted energy. Moreover, the company sustained its efforts in digital transformation and actions to reduce its carbon footprint.
In line with its goal of having a better-lit city and in order to minimize adverse impacts of seasonal and geographical conditions, the company completed the maintenance works for a total of 2,446 lighting fixtures in Araban, İslâhiye, Karkamış, Nurdağı, Nizip, Şahinbey, Şehitkamil, Oğuzeli and Yavuzeli districts. Moreover, the company strengthened its energy infrastructure with the maintenance works completed at 69 substations, 12 panels and 31 distribution centers. In the same period, the company carried out maintenance works for 344-kilometer-long lines, contributing to sustainable energy distribution.
Successfully achieving their investment goals in the first quarter of 2025, Toroslar EDAŞ completed the laying of 29-kilometer-long new cables and the installation of 498 new lighting fixtures in order to provide uninterrupted and higher-quality energy to over 942,000 customers that the company serves. Furthermore, the company strengthened its infrastructure by installing 30 new electrical panels and 18 substations.
With these maintenance and repair works and investments, Toroslar EDAŞ successfully achieved its goals set for the first quarter of 2025.
