Furthermore, the company strengthened its energy infrastructure as part of new investments by installing 750-km-long cable lines, corresponding to a year-on-year increase of 40%, 6,211 new lighting fixtures corresponding to a year-on-year increase of 5%, 546 new panels, corresponding to a year-on-year increase of 21%, and 278 new substations, corresponding to a year-on-year increase of 40%.
Sustaining its efforts to establish a sustainable and better future, Toroslar EDAŞ enhanced its measures to protect forest areas from wildfires in Mersin, where over 50 percent of the city is covered with forests in terms of surface area and there is more than 4,400 square meters of forest per person.
